Chaparral is proud to announce that it has entered into an agreement to acquire Insul-Con, Inc. based in Atlanta, Georgia. This acquisition represents Chaparral’s first major step in its planned expansion into the Southeastern region of the United States.

Auston Shaw has owned and operated Insul-con since 2005 and we are excited that he and his team will join Chaparral."
